The on-line parts catalog is to be used as a reference guide and does not reflect the availability or stocking status of parts. Although the majority of the data in the catalog is correct, there can be discrepancies in part numbers and prices. The prices may fluctuate due to constant Chrysler price updates, in such cases you will be notified via email or phone before any charges will occur.

Damage in transit:

The carrier is responsible for all items damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged part, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please do not return these items to us (unless otherwise notified).

Returns:

1. No returns on electrical parts
2. All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by an invoice
3. No refunds after 10 days
4. Body panels are not returnable due to minor dings, scratches and dents
5. If a item is incorrect due to the error of the customer it will be subject to 15% restocking fee. If the item is incorrect due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. Remember to include your VIN# with every order.
6. In order for us to properly credit you, a RETURNS MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number must accompany all goods being returned to us. to request an RMA#, please contact us at 1-800-839-3660. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on approved returns. We will initiate the return process and cover shipping charges only if the return is due to our error.
7. All accepted returns must be in original packaging and in clean salable condition

Core Returns:

Some parts offered on our site have a “core charge” applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core must be in original packaging. Disclaimer of Warranty:

The factory warranty constitutes all of the warranties with respect to the sale of this item/items. The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and the seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this item/items.

Refused Shipments:

All freight charges incurred by us while attempting to deliver merchandise which is refused will be billed to the customer.

Warranty:

A. Except as listed below, MOPAR parts sold over the counter or wholesaled are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for 12 months/12,000 miles for parts (exchange) only.
